PROJECT COMPLETED MARCH 2018

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has begun a roadway project on State Road (SR) 997/Krome Avenue from SW 136 Street to SR 94/Kendall Drive in Miami-Dade County.

WORK TO BE PERFORMED

• Widening the road from two lanes to four lanes
• Constructing a 40-foot media
• Repaving and restriping the roadway
• Upgrading drainage where necessary
• Upgrading traffic signals and road signs

LANE CLOSURE AND DETOUR INFORMATION

To complete this work safely, it will be necessary to close travel lanes at times. Lane closures are scheduled to occur as follows:

• 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. — Sunday through Thursday
• 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. — Friday and Saturday
