The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) began an intersection project on March 17, 2025 at State Road (SR) 932/NW 79 Street and NW 32 Avenue in Miami-Dade County.

  • Replacing pedestrian curb ramps at the intersection of SR 934/NW 79 Street and NW 32 Avenue

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

  • This project creates opportunities for contractors, which results in positive economic benefits for the workers and the community

LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION

Work will be done in phases to reduce the effects of construction on the community. Travel lanes and sidewalks will be closed during non-peak hours on non-event days. Non-peak hours are:

  • 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weekdays and weekends

No construction activities will occur from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., except during repaving and restriping work and traffic signal installation which will occur from:

  • 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through thursday
  • 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Friday and Saturday
