Monday, November 20, there will be a full closure of the general purpose and express lanes along SR 9A/I-95 near Hallandale Beach Boulevard at nighttime. This work is scheduled through 5 a.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2023 to install a new overhead electronic message board as part of the ITS Replacement Project. A detour will be established to guide drivers around the work. The closures are as follows:
