EXTENDED: SR 916/NE 135 Street Rail Crossing Closure
The previously announced rail crossing closure has been extended. Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) in coordination with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), will now reopen SR 916/NE 135 Street from NE 16 Avenue to SR 5/Biscayne Boulevard on Tuesday, August 29 at 11:59 p.m.This closure allows workers to rehabilitate the railroad crossing. During this closure, all traffic will be detoured away from the crossing and directed to follow signs to alternate local streets. Traffic will be detoured as follows:
