The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is developing the design for an interchange project located at the SR 93/I-75 and the SR 826/Palmetto Expressway Interchange Ramps, in Miami-Dade County. 

WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

  • Repaving and restriping the road
  • Replacing of the joints along the two bridges
  • Widening along southbound Palmetto Expressway ramp to northbound I-75
  • Updating signage
  • Upgrading guardrail
  • Replacing pavement markings                                                                                                         

MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC

During construction, there will be temporary lane closures during non-peak hours and detours will have effects on traffic. Access to adjacent businesses and neighborhoods will be maintained.
