The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has begun a Roadway project along County Line Road in Miami-Dade County.

WORK TO BE PERFORMED
  • Widening the shoulder and roadway at various locations 
  • Removing damaged concrete and installing pedestrian curb ramps, sidewalks and curb and gutter at various locations 
  • Installing new stormwater drainage structures 
  • Installing pedestrian crosswalks and detectable warning surfaces 
  • Replacing guardrails at various points 
  • Modifying landscape at various locations 
  • Enhancing pedestrian street lighting at select locations 
  • Upgrading bus stop locations 
  • Upgrading signage and pavement markings 
  • Repaving and restriping the road 
LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION
 
Travel lanes may be closed only during nonpeak hours on nonevent days. Nonpeak hours are:
  • 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday
No construction activities shall be performed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. except for repaving and restriping the roadway, which shall occur from:
  • 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights
  • 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Friday and Saturday nights
