Welcome
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has begun a roadway project along NW 36 Street in Miami-Dade County.
WORK TO BE PERFORMED
- Installing pedestrian curb ramps, guardrails, detectable warning surfaces, signage and pavement markings
- Replacing various traffic signals and adding traffic detection video equipment Reconstructing damaged sidewalks
- Installing high-emphasis crosswalks at various locations
- Trimming trees to clear the line of sight
- Upgrading pedestrian signalization and pushbuttons
- Repaving and restriping the roadway
LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION
Travel lanes and sidewalks shall be closed only during nonpeak hours on nonevent days. Nonpeak hours are:

9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weekdays and weekends
Nighttime work shall occur from:
- 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights
- 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Friday and Saturday nights
