Welcome
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) began a roadway project the week of March 18, 2024 along SR A1A/Harding Avenue/Abbott Avenue in Miami-Dade County.
WORK TO BE PERFORMED
- Repaving and restriping the roadway
- Upgrading drainage
- Reconstructing parts of the road at 90 Street, 91 Street and 92 Street
- Upgrading pedestrian features
- Relocating bus stops at five intersections from 77 Street to 85 Street
- Installing new mast arms at 69 Street, 71 Street, 96 Street and the 9600 Block
LANE CLOSURE AND DETOUR INFORMATION
Travel lanes may be closed only during nonpeak hours on nonevent days. Nonpeak hours are:
- 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday
Lane closures information will be posted weekly on the department’s website.
