The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is developing the design for a roadway safety project along SR 932/NW 103 Street from NW 82 Avenue to W 6 Avenue, in Miami-Dade County.
WORK TO BE PERFORMED:
- Removing abandoned driveways
- Replacing broken sidewalks and driveways
- Repaving and restriping the corridor
- Upgrading sidewalk width to six feet where feasible
- Adjusting manholes
- Upgrading signage and traffic signals
- Replacing all existing pavement markings and providing high emphasis crosswalks
- Installing pedestrian signals with countdown for all crossing directions
MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC
During construction, temporary lane closures and detours may affect traffic. Access to adjacent businesses and residences will be maintained.
