Project Summary
This Design/Build Project includes widening SR 826 to include one new travel lane in each direction; reconstructing on and off ramps at the Bird Road, Miller Drive and SR 874 Interchanges and numerous roadway enhancements including: new storm water drainage; new roadway lighting and signage; new water mains (installed in coordination with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department) noise walls north of Bird Road and extensive landscaping.
Start Date: November 2008
Completion: Summer 2012
