Project Summary
The project centers on building two new three-lane, double leaf bascule (draw) bridges to replace the existing four-lane structure, which was built in the early 1900s. Improvements include:Road Reconstruction from NW 7th Street to NW 12th Street; Milling and resurfacing from NW 12th Street to NW 16th Street; new streetlights, traffic signals, and sidewalks; and aesthetic and architectural improvements.
