Project Summary
• Repaving and restriping the road
• Installing a traffic signal at 12 Street
• Widening the lanes between 15 Street and 16 Street
• Reconstructing sidewalks
• Upgrading signage, including electronic signs at 16 Street and at Lincoln Road
• Upgrading pedestrian ramps, countdown pedestrian signals and crosswalks
• Upgrading drainage
• Relocating utilities, if necessary
• Providing exclusive left turn lanes at the intersections
• Installing sidewalk curb extensions at each intersection
• Upgrading lighting
• Installing decorative stamped asphalt crosswalks
• Installing side street name pavers on the sidewalk
• Installing landscaping and irrigation at the intersection side walk extensions
