From SW 168 Street to SW 136 Street

Construction includes replacing sections of sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete driveways and pedestrian ramps; installing new pedestrian signals at intersections; replacing sections of guardrail; performing safety modifications to the bridge over the C-100 Canal; installing several underground drainage structures; providing a wider outside lane to accommodate bicycles; repaving and restriping the roadway; and updating signage.

To do this work safely, it will be necessary to close travel lanes at times. When needed, lane closures will be from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Lanes may also be closed Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Tasks will be done in stages to lessen the effects of construction. Entrances to properties will be kept open.
