Project Summary
The project includes repaving and restriping the roadway, including adding bicycle lanes; rebuilding sections of the roadway; replacing traffic signals at the intersections of 5 Street and Michigan Avenue and 5 Street and Washington Avenue; closing the median opening on 5 Street at Euclid Avenue; replacing damaged sidewalks, curb and gutters; installing decorative pattern pavement at crosswalks; updating pedestrian ramps; and updating the signage and pavement markings.
